I started my career in central Illinois in 1973 at a time when interest rates were 18-22%, there were no computers, cell phones, or other digital devices. We used an MLS book, and many ‘agents' were not REALTORS®. I did not know you were not supposed to be successful and enjoy your chosen career in those first few months. So I trudged ahead and with the encouragement and guidance of fellow agents and a wonderful broker, I stuck with it. Fast forward to 1982 when I moved to Arizona…took the required courses and obtained my Arizona salesman's license. Three years later I obtained a broker's license and as they say the rest is history. After ten years in the Prescott, Arizona area, a three year stay in the Phoenix area and five years in the Casa Grande area fate brought me to where I am now, in Arizona's best kept secret, Cochise County and especially Sierra Vista and Hereford. The ‘70's and early ‘80's were tough for anyone in the real estate sales field, but I learned how to be creative and I still use that tenacity to serve my clients. I firmly believe in God, the USA and private property rights. I am sometimes outspoken, not always politically correct but I still love my career and strive to be fair and honest. My comfort zone is residential resale and vacant land in central and south Cochise County..altho service to my clients takes me all over the County.
